Payment options

Payments can be made via the following methods:

Payment Method	Details
BPOINT	Payments can be made by CREDIT CARD through BPOINT. This is a simple and easy way to pay invoices from the School. On the bottom of your invoice you will find a BPoint web address, click on this and it will take you directly to a payment portal (Similar to BPay) which will be prefilled with your student CRN identifier, invoice number and amount. Complete your credit card details and submit. Your payment is automatically tagged to your student's account within our school receipting system. BPOINT OVER THE PHONE: Phone 1300 631 073 (1300BPoint) and quote your Customer Reference Number and invoice number to make your payment with your credit card. Your must make a separate payment for each invoice. BPOINT payments can take 24 hours to show in our finance system. If you are paying via BPOINT it is important allow sufficient time for your payment to process prior to the cut off date.
PAYING IN PERSON	Credit cards/Debit cards (EFTPOS), Cash and Cheques are accepted for payment during Finance Window opening hours.
CENTREPAY (only available for payment of school fees/student resource scheme)	Centrepay is a free direct bill-paying service offered to Centrelink customers receiving payments from Centrelink. The service allows you to nominate an amount to be deducted and forwarded directly to the school to cover school fees. Application forms are available from the school office. Forms are to be completed at school and processed by the school. Originals are kept at school office. Minimum fortnightly deductions of $10. Please contact the Finance office for more information. Centrepay deductions will be discussed with families if account balances become excessive to ensure we comply with our departmental finance guidelines.
