The Picnic Creek (PC) Way is a framework of common language and consistent
practices that represents the culture of PCSS staff, students and
community.
The PC Way is underpinned by research and emphasises how our behaviour as adults
directly impacts student behaviour. It has a key focus on relationships, visible consistencies and a
culture of calm. The PC Way encompasses all members of our school community and recognises
our combined contribution to the culture of Picnic Creek State School.
