SCHOOL PHOTO DAY - THURSDAY 26 JULY
Our School Photo Day is Thursday 26 July which is Week 2 of Term 3. Today we sent home a personalised order envelope with every student. These order envelopes have the student name and unique code on the front of the envelope. The preferred method for ordering is via the online portal however you can pay via cash or cheque. Please see below important points with regards to the photo day and ordering process.
1. Every student should receive a personalised order envelope (students who have enrolled recently will have a hand written envelope but not the unique code)2. Preferred method for ordering is via the online portal3. Every student ordering needs to return an order envelope – including online orders (please do not order for multiple students in the one envelope)4. Envelopes are to be handed into the office on or before the day of the photos5. If you wish to order a sibling photo please collect a sibling photo order envelope from the office6. Students will be required to wear their formal uniform with black shoes and white socks for the school photos
We will be taking our whole school foundation photo on this day. Families will have the opportunity to order a foundation photo if they wish. Every student who is in the foundation photo will receive an order flyer on the day of the photos. Ordering of the foundation photo will be via the online portal only.
